Quotes
Discuss the scope, quote validity and any exclusions with Connor before agreeing to work. Concealed pipework or unexpected ground conditions can affect the scope; ask how any changes will be documented and agreed.
Work and compliance
All plumbing, drainage and gas fitting work is performed by licensed tradespeople in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards and NSW regulations. Compliance certificates are issued where required.
Payment
Payment dates, deposits and any progress payments should be set out in your agreed quote or contract. Confirm these arrangements before the work begins.
Product information and applicable rights
Ask for the documentation and product information applicable to your agreed work. Nothing on this website excludes rights that apply under Australian consumer law. No additional warranty duration is promised here.
Cancellations
Contact Connor if you need to change a booking. Confirm any cancellation terms or emergency attendance charges directly before agreeing to a service.
